Just Eat complaint: Cold food and refused a refund

My complaint:

I use just eat two or three times a week. On the 1st I ordered £33 worth of food. My delivery was late and 2 items were cold. I asked for a refund and was refused. I complained again and got refused again! I asked for the 2 items to be refunded or replaced, I got none

I'd like a credit note or replacement or refund
