My complaint:
I received a gift voucher for Just Eat but when I scratched for the pin number to process the gift card, some of the pin number was missing. I have tried to ring Just Eat customer service but only get an automated reply which didn’t help in anyway. I cannot see any live chat details on their website and also gone through a few of their other options but none of them help solve this issue.
Suggested solution:
I need the voucher authorising so I can use it.
