My complaint:
For the 4th time in the last 5-6 months, food has not arrived. Order status just updates to delivered with no contact from driver. theres then no way to contact anyone and just left with money gone and no food – then when you try and request a refund it then takes 2 weeks to even get back – then they will look at your order history and even though you have had to request refunds because they haven’t delivered the food – they then ask questions and make comments like based on your order history, we will have to look into this nothing is ever followed up and they make it sound like your on the take rather than genuinely just want the food as a bare minimum
Suggested solution:
Make the process a bit more user friendly, with drivers being contactable and maybe even taking a photo or customers ing they have received the food before the order is ed as delivered. Users being able to contact JustEat in general would be nice to actually speak to someone rather than not getting any answers. finally, when a customer complains about not recieving the food - actually get in contact with the driver and see what happened rather than just offering a refund as the customer is still then without food or money.
