My complaint:
No pilot on this flight which was suppose to leave @721 a.m. Students on class trip still at Orlando airport waiting. 530 pm.This is a disgrace! Booked flights and no pilot available. Are pilots not assigned their flight agenda prior to taking off? This is a contract between Jet blue and customers Compensation for all on flight 1184 .Inescusable!
