My complaint:
How do you have a flight ( 1184) flying out of Orlando to New York JFK without a pilot scheduled? Then you have all the passengers waiting four hours in the airport?
Suggested solution:
First and foremost a written apology. Second a reimbursement for the time lost my daughter spent waiting for the mismanagement that has occurred. I also lost a days pay because I also had to wait seven hours to pick her up. When you purchase a ticket its not a CHANCE! Its a contract you guys broke. This shouldn't ever occur. I can understand weather problems, mechanical problems. No pilot is absurd.
