My complaint:

Hi we have just got back from one of the most stressful holidays I have ever had it stay with a delay at East Midlands airport we had to sit on the plane for an hour.

When we arrived at Palma airport we were told there is no transport eventually it arrived so off we go then the driver dropped us off at the WRONG hotel and being disabled and it being midnight this prove a real problem. The actual holiday was really great.

Then when we were due to return to the airport we got to our point of pickup 20 minutes before the departure no coach turned up I tried calling your number only to be told it was a restricted number so tried your WhatsApp and eventually it took me back to the restricted number again having waited for an hour we had to make our own way to the airport this was extremely stressful and to be told taxis were proving difficult to get.

When we finally got to the airport we were told it was delayed for an hour and a half

Suggested solution:

We would like a fair resolution to our complaint with the correct level of compensation
