My complaint:
We booked our excursions through jet 2 representatives at the hotel and had stated we wanted family friendly ones as my children are 7,5 and 10 months. We were told the pirate cruise ship was perfect for families however the experience was not what was sold with many things not included or not visited. I made a complaint to jet 2 at the hotel and asked for a refund of the children’s tickets. They reached out to the supplier and then told me that this has been refused and there is nothing more they can do. I’d like to escalate this and take the matter further.
