My complaint:
My phone was damaged april 12 , so I asked a turkish guy to borrow his phone to order my bank card ditels I bought a ticket on trip.com on Departure April 16, LS984 2023 Booking no: 23697457565 and they Jet2.com chek in office discriminated and didn’t give me a ticket, they said I’m not in the system I paid 147.60 pounds and they won’t refund me and I couldn’t prove the order,I couldn’t fly home Bodrum – Manchester and another day.
I ordered edreams.com for 1O6.17 pounds, after 2 days I flew home on Mugla Dalaman – Manchester, I bought 5 plane tickets in 4 days on trip.com and I couldn’t fly home and I threw away a lot of money, and I could only fly home with them, I will choose them next time edreams.com
