My complaint:
I have been trying to check in online since I was notified by jet 2 I have reserved seat both ways and have spoken to jet 2 about it twice but still no luck. I was told it was a reshedule issue because originaly we were on a morning flight and jet2 altered it to afternoon flight . All I want to know is have they booked my seats to someone else but nobody will answer the question. They say just do it at the airport. I do not want to turn up and they say sorry we are overbooked My friends who are also flying wit us that never booked their seats have had no trouble checking in which leaves me to believe it is a seating issue

Just tell me why i cannot check in online
