My complaint:
My flight Flight from Kefalonia LS1254 yesterday landed back at Birmingham Airport.
On collecting my case off the conveyor belt I noticed my case was badly damaged. It looks like a knife cut. Please see photo attached. I now have to purchase a new case for November.
Please can you advise on what your policy is for replacement .
Suggested solution:
They should reimburse me to a value to purchase a new case.
