My complaint:
while going on holiday on thurs 21/6/23 to the above resort we encountered a delayof aprox 3hours plus. we arrived at gate 20 for boarding only to be kept there with no information on when we was allowed to board the plane after approximately 1.1/2 they opened the door and told us to get on the bus which took us to the plane, on boarding the plane and taking our seats we were informed by the captain due to circumstances arising from the previous flight we will be encountering a further delay off international air control
on arrival at rhodes we were greeted by very helpful jet2 staff who sorted us out with our transfer to the hotel,on arriving at our hotel we were greeted by the night concierge who informed us that there was no restaurant open and gave us a somewhat unsavoury item wrapped in cling film
he then gave the keys to our rooms a porter then took us to the anex where he then proceeded to tell us our rooms were on the second floor and to take the lift and then left
Suggested solution:
keep customers better informed, up to date correct information on hotels
better in formed staff at the airport boarding gates
