My complaint:
Good Morning , I am almost 70 . I have Alzheimer’s ADHD . My wonderful sister takes me to Tivoli Vilamoura ( would only travel with Jet 2 ) . My sisters name is Melanie Pennington . We try to go to Vilamoura 3 days at a time . Usually 4-5 times during the summer season . My sister due to my illness books our holidays . Your staff are so helpful . In Manchester Portugal . We was due to fly out last Sunday flight time 06-45. My sister always books us the same seats . I always sit on the outside seat . We was seated . Two men passed me . Both were very intoxicated to say the least . One had a bottle of vodka in his hand. Half empty . They had to use everybody’s seat to pull themselves to their seats . They were quite a way back from our seats . I looked at my sister in disbelief . I said “ there’s going to be trouble here . How have they got through security more so . How have your boarding crew allowed them onto the plane . It was obvious to an untrained eye , that they was totally drunk . To cut a long story short . Just as we was ready to take off . The captain was informed that they was drinking spirits bought from duty free .Because of your staffs neglect , we was almost 2 hours delayed . Even with my disabilities , I am never impolite. I asked one of your flight team , how they was allowed to board in such a state ? She completely ignored me . I love Jet 2 . Have always flown with yourselves . To give you 10/10 is what you deserve . We have already booked to go again in October . We’re hoping that we will be able to go in September . Hoping that the price might drop . This issue could have been avoided . If you staff had been more vigilant . I only fly with Jet 2 . Your staff are a credit to your company . It’s a blip that could have been avoided . Please this is not a complaint . Just a statement of fact . Thank you Paul Birchall .

Please I just wanted to point out the situation . Was a bit upset that one of your staff , completely ignored me . I was not aggressive . I just asked how , when it was clearly visible , that they were not fit to fly . Kindest regards .Paul Birchall .
