The lady at the counter named sylvie was very rude because she did not understand english. Now when we go there she refuse to serve us or any members of the familly
Suggested solution:
We want the to talk to the lady and the owner to solve this problem calmly. Or we will take legal prceedings. But all problems have a amicable solution
