My complaint:
The return policy specifically states in back of my receipt that item can be return within 30 days to a JC of my choice. Since my workplace is in a different location than the item purchased but easier for me to return it during my lunch hour, I opted to use the return policy option. I was refused. Their reason : The item being returned is not sold in their store The item is a ladies long puffer vest.
Suggested solution:
By accepting to proceed with my return as I was following what it explicitly stated on my receipt transaction. I will no longer go to that store as I am very very very disappointed with this service. In order to avoid this in the future, maybe the company should revise or amen their so called return policy.
