My complaint:
We went to the store. First issue there was a register that’s open she’s helping two people and completely ignores us, I am assuming she was the manager. After the people she’s helping go she then tells us that her register is closed and we should go to the other.
We go to the next register and are buying lotion, the old tag is still on the shelf and we have three. The same lady from before is called and instead of honouring the mistake she tells the cashier to tell us that she can only honour it on one item. I have never been so disgusted with a jean coutu before and I feel like this was definitely a case of racism. We should be treated like all the other customers not ignored and told we have to pay a higher p ice for a kistak that wasn’t made by us. I honestly can not believe this just happened.
Suggested solution:
I will never return to this particular location. This is very sad that I am even having to write this.
