My complaint:
Back in August 2020 I went to JC for have family photos developed, actual photos with negatives and all. A few weeks later I flown to Vancouver where I live now but couldn’t get the photos in time. I tried to arrange them to be picked up but couldn’t until now. Meanwhile I would call JC periodically to see if they were there and the rep told me they were even though it was over 6 months and was never told about the cut off time. Now my family photos are gone and I’m angry to the fact that I was never told about the 6 months cut off to pick them up. Not once.
Suggested solution:
If they can recover my photos or negatives that would be it but if not I don’t know. Some sort of financial compensation and to ensure reps in the photo department know about the 6 months grace period so it doesn’t happen to someone else.
