My complaint:
my medications are delivered to my house. About 10 medications every week. they forgot to give me a cancer pill for10 weeks
Suggested solution:
First explain what and why it happened. 2ed ,when they realized their mistake rather than calling me they covered up and suddenly they delivered on week of 12 ??? whe I went to complain the pharmacist said if you are not happy change the pharmacy!!
