My complaint:

I made a deposit of $100 on Thursday April 1st 2021 and it didn’t go into my account. Jackpot city support gave me an address paydirectnow.com so I then asked these guy Whr my $100 went, and they didn’t see anything in the transaction. Pay direct now gave me an address to check with gagadat, and I received an email statement that the $100 went in to jackpot city. I have a picture of my deposit along with ation to prove this transaction was made. And proof from Gigadat that they seen this money go in to my account at jackpot city, but it’s not in my account.

Suggested solution:

Give me my money back and transfer it back to Gigadat so I can put it back to my bank account.

Also deposited money this day. The exact same thing happened to me and my girlfriend, we have solid proof and we are currently down 300$ over this bullshit. asking us for a confirmation number on an AUTO DEPOSIT which doesnt send comfirmation numbers, will most likely be opening a fraudulent case
