My complaint:

I made an account with jackpot city casino and made a deposit. I was doing good and decided to put in a withdrawal for $300. The next day when I went to check the status of the withdrawal it wouldnt let me on my account. The people in the chat keep saying I have a previous outstanding deposit, but that’s not true. Either someone made an account in my name and did that, or else this is just an excuse that they use so they dont have to pay people… and no matter what I cannot speak to managment or anyone to try and get this resolved…

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

Shouldnt have let me make an account or deposit. Should have informed me IMMEDIATLY about this 'outstanding deposit' and the people in the chat are completely useless, not to mention incredibly rude.
And i have the right to speak with managment to explain myself and to try and resolve this. If they want to close my account and take my money they shouldn't be aloud to hide out like this.
