My complaint:

This is my first time playing online casino I downloaded JackpotCity casino app I did riposte on Monday $2200 and I was playing slots machine first I lost some of the money after I got them some back so I really didn’t like to continue playing so I want it to withdrawal I did all steps that should be done for withdrawal after I got email should wait 24 hours to get a statement for release money form casino account to me didn’t happen I didn’t receive any statement in email so I start to chat live with some of there online worker he wasn’t polite and didn’t understand my question about withdrawal did not describe how long should I wait to release the money he just block me from my account now I cannot long in and I didn’t receive any message or email from them they have to release $1674.67 I don’t know why there costumer service is zero and that worker was so rude to me for a question that I ask because is my first time so I have right to ask to know more about there rules and is his job to explain in a proper way to costumer now I don’t know what to do I can’t long in and I am not getting any call or email from JackpotCity casino I need a solution in this case thank you
