My complaint:
I initially made a withdrawal on 211 via bank transfer, received email notification on 411 that my withdrawal was accepted i should expect it into my bank between 3-7 business days, i live chatted several times over the 3-7 business days they gave me a date of 1411 for it to show, all saying that everything was fine. 1411 i received an email reversing my withdrawal as i did not supply enough details, they asked me to send through a copy of my latest bank statement and proof of my banks swift number, i did this on the 1411, they sent me an email stating that my document were pending processing, 1511 they sent me another email stating my documents were accepted i also sent screenshot from my bank advising all the details they require to receive an international payment,i log in and make another withdrawal 1611 i made another withdrawal, i repeatedly asked if everything was in order and that there would be no reason for it to be reversed. i live chatted everyday each person i was speaking with told me that it had been paid to my bank account on the 1711, so i waited checking daily always being told everything was fine. also told that i would have it in my bank account by 2611. so i jump on live chat on the 2511 just to let them no i still don’t have it, she asked me if i am waiting on this money i sed of cause i am, she then says i am suspending your account because you are relying on money won at the casino but apparently this won’t affect my withdrawal. Im super surprised come the 2611 i receive another email stating that my withdrawal was not processed and it would be refunded back to the casino. I would like what I am entitled too. please can anyone help me with this.
