My complaint:

wont let me withdraw my Winnings.
3 – 4 attempts to withdraw my winnings, with lack of communication.
when I first signed up – I used a name that I am known by here in New Zealand admittedly i was sceptical about using my real legal name online, and the sign up page did not state legal name. I have had an account with JC for years, and have been depositing money into my JC account almost ever week.

I requested to withdraw NZD800.00 on 25 October 2020 and a few days later another NZD300.00 on 30 October. $11,00 in total.

28th October – I received an email stating that I had to provide documents. to say the bank card I was using was so what they wanted was I (legal name) are the owner of this card with my (legal name) on it. ???
I replied back – the Bank would not provide this as the card I used was a VISA DEBIT not a credit card.
on the 4th 11 – I replied with all my documents, as stated I also provided the above reason as to why I used my nick name, and not my legal name, I also provided statements showing all the deposits I had made from MY ACCOUNT which is attached to the card. thinking that all they will have to do is match my deposits to the account provided to the deposits on their end… I also provided my facebook page which had my nick name and provided local news paper where they also refer to me as my nick name and not my legal name. All they had to do was match the photos with my ID i provided ???????
I recived an email saying ..

I DID NOT receive another email with any feedback or was told what else to reply with – instead I recived notification that my with-drawl had been reversed! so I attempted to with-draw AGAIN!

and I recived another email stating i had to provide Documents AGAIN! I replied telling them I ALREADY have why do I have to do this over and over and over again.

I replied again, told them it is me, that is my nickname, here is my real ID, and all evidence, WHAT ELSE CAN I DO to receive my winnings? I have NOT yet received a reply from this either.
