My complaint:
I was able to deposit very easily onto jackpot city i recently moved to the US and so i would use a VPN not knowing i wasnt able to but because of that i had my case looked over by the casino higher ups and was told i would still receive my withdrawal but many of the options i was given dont work since im in the US. Ive had this go now for close to 5 months and its looking like its not even close to being done. I feel robbed and i feel this is unfair treatment and would like to give everyone a heads up i DO NOT RECOMMEND JACKPOT CITY.
Suggested solution:
Sending me my withdrawal in a payment method that can work for both of us or give me all my money back that i have deposited.
