My complaint:
I requested a withdrawal of $1000 and $4000. I did not recieve it although I have screen shots of several conversations saying it is coming. I had to produce my proof of who I am documents twice, and still have not recieved my withdrawal money. I was on a live chat for 20 minutes tonight (Jan 04, 2020) with Kagisot and he ed my documents were recieved, and that he was waiting for ation of withdrawal when suddenly he appeared to have disconnected my chat with him. He refused to put me in touch with a manager.
Suggested solution:
Please just give me the money I won fair and square on your gambling site.
