My complaint:

I had my phone stolen reported all of this to rcmp and bank, noticed once I found my old phone and had it set up, other phone cut off, that in my email a bunch of password changes were happening to multiple accounts, get through that to one from an existing account I have, requesting a password change, I contact baytree/ jackpot city, the guy i speak to says no worries there is no activity on your account, im like ok, well seeing as I got this password change I said please put account on hold, then he says it looks like account is logged into, so I said shut account down just incase as obviously my phone is gone.
Well about 3 hrs later I finally get into my banking , its showing like a 4900.00 hold on my account for so many baytree transactions that I wholeheartedly did not make..I contact bank and rcmp immediately, contact customer service again give them all this information plus bank statements, they tell me they will contact me within 48 hrs…it has been days no response to anything. There were still pending transactions comming in even after I notified my bank… I have now lodged a complaint with MGA as well, and contacted every single place I could to communicate with these people and nothing..they run you around the block.

Suggested solution:

Refunding at least the money that was comming out even after I had closed the account to stop any fraud from happening....there were still funds comming out on the 28th... its crazy.
