My complaint:

I tried depositing $50 and I accidentally added another 0 and deposited $500. Asked for it back. Spent $80 with the bonuses thinking the bonus will finish first but it took out of valence to $420. Which I don’t mind and I’ve been trying to get a refund: provided documents they ask for. And they tell me to show them a proof of ownership of my bank and my bank tells me they have no idea what it is. I asked them:: what’s the problem? It’s not my bank, they go on and tell me that it’s cause MY EMAIL doesn’t “match” my info with the rest of my documents. I tried offering them a screenshot of the transfer I sent (e transfer) and they said that’s not what they need. I tried other methods like echeque and it didn’t work either. WHAT DO I DOOOO???
