My complaint:
I’ve been overcharged since I’ve been here which is 7 weeks and I’ve had problem after problem with my rooms,my vehicle being messed with,the staff is very unprofessional and does not care about their tenets. I have made multiple complaints online,to the manager at the hotel,I’ve called headquarters and I’ve asked multiple times for the General Managers number and the manager refuses to give it too me. I’ve still yet to get my toilet fixed and the light in my bathroom!
Suggested solution:
I deserve a refund or at least credit towards my room.
