My complaint:
I reserved a room through booking.com at a rate of 71.99 a night and paid 446.75 for 6 days paid in cash. And I just paid 378.13 for a week and it wasn’t explained to me about the going rate for one week.
Suggested solution:
I want credit for the extra cash I paid for 6 days
