My complaint:
I been staying here since October of 2019.. Never had a problem with the previous clerk, as of recently we had some changes and I been trying to be nothing BUT patience. I keep my room very clean , make sure my restroom stays clean so that NOBODY has to come inside a room I pay 250 dollars every 7 days!! Me refusing house keeping shouldn’t be a problem , The new clerk demanded he came inside my room to check out healthy matters In the 11 months that I’ve stayed here , never have I seen that done before. He demanded that my telephone was to be plugged back to the wall and in his words that was going to be my last warning I DONT BOTHER NOBODY and the fact that I deal with gunshots at night, hearing people next door saying they’re going to kill , homeless people peeping on the stairs (which i have a video of) i expect to be UNBOTHERED , I stay to my self keep my room SPOTLESS and NEVER pay my room late ALWAYS ON TIME. I would like to make a COMPLAIN ON THIS NEW MANGMENT . FOR A PERSON TO BE STAYING HERE 11 MONTHS WITH NO PROBLEMS!!!! I Need someone to get in contact with me asap about this matter!!.
