My complaint:
So on the site it says 948 for 30 days plus tax I paid 1296.10. When I asked the manager about getting the 5th week free of taxes BC my 5th week shouldn’t be taxed he said I didn’t get charged taxed when I paid for the month so then y did I pay 1296 and I was NEVER told I had to pay for internet either 47 dollars. He said we got charged more BC we got a deluxe room but there’s nothing deluxe about it we don’t even have a queen size bed like we r supposed to. Then my lock has been messed up for over a week and last night at 1am it suit working and I had to go thru my window to even get in BC they couldn’t either. He told me at 11 this morning it would be fixed I’ve Been stuck in my room all day BC I can’t leave without leaving my door open or go in thru my window. We have made multiple complaints about the ppl upstairs and they do NOTHING! WORSE hotel experience I’ve ever had.
Suggested solution:
Give me my taxes back or give me the 5th week without being charged taxes
