My complaint:
I had reserved a room at the InTown suites Plano Dallas location on Wednesday the 9th of this month I went in today the 11th to my reservation and pay for the room I had received a email ation with a ation number with all the details provided it exclusively said two beds kitchenette traditional room the front desk advised me that they only had a one bed traditional kitchenette room she did not want to look at my email ation and then made a rude comment about sharing the bed with my roommate another male and started laughing in front of customers she was unapologetic about the situation so I went through all that trouble and had to get another room somewhere else with two beds
Suggested solution:
A discount and a room with two beds would be appreciated
