My complaint:
I renewed my weekly stay online through the intown suites website for the Huffman location. I went down to the office and got the keys rescanned. This was on a Monday, on that Friday the manager told someone to come into our room while both of us were gone. My boyfriend went to the front desk when he got off work to see why his key wasn’t working. The manager himself told him we didn’t pay a full week but we DID. He also told him they came into our room, and rudely asked him was that a problem. And like my boyfriend stated yes it was a problem because for 1 I had paid for the full week with ation and for 2 they didn’t try to enter the room while either of us were here. They waited for both of us to be gone. The front desk manager himself has the absolute worst attitude I’ve ever experienced in my life. He threatened to woop my boyfriend’s Butt. He cursed him. Talking about the lady who processed our online payment entered the information wrong. No that man knows we paid in full for the week.
Suggested solution:
I would like a week free for the troubles. Without interruption.
