My complaint:
The claiming supervisor told me to check the room, I claimed the room had some issues but we were tired and would like to settle in and we’ll talk about moving the room later. Then the woman claimed we cannot move the room. We cannot take a proper shower in the room, there is no water pressure, the Wi-Fi does not work. She will not help us. We are close to the door and are woken up constantly from guests.
Suggested solution:
Yes. We would like to love rooms. The woman will not allow us and spent $1900
