My complaint:
I’ve been complaining to them about all the water damage in my restroom this coming from the third floor they have yet to do anything about it it’s been about 2 months now and still nothing’s done but yet they come in my room and make me and my kids get out so they could walk around and do whatever and touch on whatever after they say they we have to step out because of covid regulations but yet it’s okay for them to touch all over our stuff and I don’t see why it takes 3 people to do a safety check but even so as much as I don’t told him about all the water damage coming from the third floor to my room they don’t want to do nothing about it they don’t want to compensate about for it they don’t even want to place us in another room so please I really need help with this problem because right now this is where I’m staying with my kids and I pay every week and I have never had a problem until they got a new manager here now who doesn’t seem like he knows what he’s doing at all.
Suggested solution:
By fixing the problem and seeing why there's so much water issues going on from the third floor to the second into my restroom that would be really nice if they could figure out why this leak is happening and if they're gonna take care of it and if not i would like to be compensate on some of the money that I've been spending every week on this room for the past 2 months with this water damage going on I mean something needs to happen.
