My complaint:
I checked in Sat n had to leave Sunday due to the room being roach infested. I have my pics and videos as proof. I informed front desk that my baby had te from doctor stating he allergic and we couldn’t stay at that hotel. The room was dirty when they gave us the keys n had housekeeper come make the bed AFTER we checked in which let me kno we was given a dirty room to start with. All I want is my money back. I shouldn’t have to get an attorney just to get my money back when we wasn’t able to sleep due to having to kill roaches all night. We left the next day but the manager wouldn’t check me out the room. She waited until my week was over then checked me out as if I had stayed but I didn’t. We left the very next day. Then I had to spend more money for another hotel. I should’ve have to sue the company for a simple $500 when it’s rightfully due to me
