My complaint:
I have mold in my bathroom I have complained to the front desk three times the solution that came up with is that I moved to another room and pay higher rate which my rates should stay the same because it’s not my fault that this room has mold I have videos of the mold and I’ve been in this room for about a month now my rate shouldn’t change I feel like I should be refunded what happened to live in this room with mold
Suggested solution:
Because I'm not going to pay a higher rate I have to move out which is not my decision and therefore I think I should be refunded my money for the whole month that I stayed in this room with the mold I'm now having headaches not feeling well all due to staying n this room but they want me to move into another room and pay a higher rate how is it my fault that this room has mold and why should I pay a higher rate
