My complaint:
I reserved a room to check in between 3 and 4 on Nov. 12th. I arrived around 3:15pm and was told that my room was not ready. I was told that the house keeper was just now cleaning my room but dont worry because she will do a thorough job. I was upset because i should of been information before i came to the site. I waited almost an hour in the parking lot just to go look at the room and it was a mess not even close to being clean. I had a long day and i was tired and i waited another hour in the parking lot for my room. After 2 hrs my room still wasnt done. I finally checked in around 5:40 pm over 2 hrs later. I asked Jessica if i could get some kind of discount because this was ridiculous that i hate to wait over 2 hrs and she told me that she couldnt change the rates. When i checked in i had to clean my room myself because it was not done properly. I still had to wait another hour for drip pans and a blanket. Then i go to the bathroom and realize my toilet doesnt even flush. There were dirty underwear behind the night stand and when i moved the trash can i found more trash and another pair of dirty underwear. I called to complain and Jessica sent up the night security man to snake the toilet. The toilet was not fixed but it was now able to barely flush really slowly. The security man told me he would put on the list for maintenance to come back. I called the next few days and got no one to answer office phone. So i dealt with the dlow barely flushing toilet. So during the week the water went off in the building and my toilet wouldnt flush at all again. I called Jessica around 2pm friday and she said she will send up maintenance. I called again 2 hours later because i couldnt even go to the bathroom and was told that she will send someone up as soon as they get back on property before she leaves for the night. Noone ever came to my room and i called the office and got no answer. I went outside and saw the night security that snaked the toilet the first day i moved in. He said he knew nothing about it and that this wasnt his job but after talking to him about how outrageous this is and he came and tried to snake it for me again. He told me that Jessica lied and there will be no maintenance till next week Well that did not work at all and i couldnt even use my toilet. I called the office the next morning and complained to jessica again and she said she would see if someone was on property and let me know. That Friday night i couldnt sleep because the addicts that go in and out all night every night had issuses. Apparently someone overdosed and because of all the loud commotion i got no rest.Well its monday now and my toilet hasnt been flushing since thursday. I called at 9:30 this morning and was told by an employee that she will send maintenance when the office opens at 11 am. Im still waiting a 12:10 pm!!
Suggested solution:
i should have received some compensation or discount from the very first night. This staff and building is horrible. The staff needs a make over. And the manager should compensate Guest for the staffs lies and not doing their job.
