Complaint: Unhealthy, poorest service, too many excuses from staffers!!

My complaint:

We are presently sitting in the dark at this location! I checked in on 111020. Due to circumstances had to extend on 111720. Roaches, mold, zero cleaning after one week! Guest has to do all the work. No attention is given to health issues that can develop if mattresses has no pads between checkins, mold in ceiling which lets me know it’s on other side inner walls. Bleach wipe down does not solve underlying problem- health risks to guest!! I want compensation for these problems that should be addressed before PEOPLE are exposed to unhealthy conditions! Yes, underlying mold in ceiling, not just what’s showing outward. No shower curtains, please. I KNOW ABOUT COVID!!! MY SON WHO IS ASTHMATIC HAD AN ASTHMA EPISODE AND BREATHING PROBLEMS OVERNIGHT BECAUSE STRONG BLEACH WAS SPRAYED IN THE BATHROOM IN OUR PRESENCE WHEN MOLD SHOULD BE ADDRESSED BEFORE GUEST ARE ASSIGNED A ROOM. I’VE REPEATEDLY ASKED TO CHANGE ROOMS OVER A 2 WEEK PERIOD TO NO AVAILE. MY NAME IS DENISE KENNEDY

Suggested solution:

All the issues mentioned could have been taken care of before guest check in!!! Should be STANDARD PROCEEURE.

TRASH LINERS SHOULD BE AVAILABLE TO GUEST
WEEKLY BEDDING CHANGES SHOULD BE NORMAL
TRASH RECEPTICLES ON EACH FLOOR SHOULD BE AVAILABLE DAILY.
