My complaint:
We always pay our rent monthly on the third and go till the 29th of each month but the new staff at the one in Tuscaloosa Alabama said it’s due in the 27th. And when we did pay they told us the computer was down and they have done this to several ppl in this building this week . The woman at the front desk was also talking ness about me and asking ppl if I am sick with staph in which I have been sick for four months since we moved here . Also the sprinkler system busted in Christmas Eve and the carpet in the hallway is still soaking wet. The washers and dryers never work right and I want the main kady in the office under investigation because I know for a fact she’s taking ppl money and putting it in her pocket because several ppl have went through this same thing this week knowing our rent isn’t due yet. If I have to I will get myself an attorney.
Suggested solution:
I want a free week or month and I want the carpet dried and reimbursed for the money I lost in the washers and dryers . It adds up to about 50.00 and I want the girl at the desk fired.
