My complaint:
The people upstairs make a ton of noise and blast their TV until 2:30 a.m. . I have been here almost two months and haven’t had a working stove, and they have not yet cleaned my room.
Then, the office person, Dana, who was out with Covid for weeks, told me I had to vacate by 112
I am a Disabled senior who just relocated here. It would be very difficult for me to move.
Please help
Suggested solution:
They should tell the people upstairs to observe the noise rules of the State of Florida and not threaten me with physical harm or vacating.
