My complaint:

I had a reservation for 10.1.2020 and I was denied. Louis, the property manager, said corporate was overbooking for months. I needed shelter for my family, especially a set of 2 year old twins who have autism. I had to spend hours trying to find a hotel with vacancies at the last minute. I had to spend an additional $100 a night at Baymont Inn. This is totally unacceptable and incredibly inconvenient. I myself have kidney disease and my stress levels have to be kept down at ALL times but last night drove my blood pressure through the roof. Something needs to be done about this incident.

Suggested solution:

I should definitely be refunded for my stay at Baymont. I'm also requesting a discount for my future stay at Intown suites with an upgraded room.
