My complaint:

I am having trouble with my WiFi service everyday since February. The office had print out an direction and an Blueprint RF number for assistance. First time they got me connected right away but as soon as I leave the room(203), I can’t sign back in at all. I got to keep on calling everyday. Today February 2, I called again and the rep. Stated that they work for Dish Network not Blueprint. The rep (by the name of Ben)even joke around with other rep without getting e connected. I got to keep on calling for several times and finally after 20 they got me connected. I start calling 8:20am and didn’t get connected till 8:40 am.

Suggested solution:

The office is not opened yet nut I’ll report to them as soon as they open.
