My complaint:
Ive been staying here for the past month now and these employees are super rude. Including manager. Today when i had just got out the tub getting dressed, my 4 year old still asleep on the bed, they knock but dont tell me who it is or what they are there for, they just come right in and i guess checked my room out for 3 seconds the SLAMMED the door… Woke my baby up also.. I call front desk and of course im mad i ask why come in when i didnt answer? she told me why ended up getting so rude with me she cutts me off saying she wont renew my stay and hangs up in my face? This is my only place to stay with my baby because of personal issues but did the manager have to be so rude?
Suggested solution:
Renew my stay and when they do come in just let me know who is opening my door...
