My complaint:

I have been here three weeks and the tv stopped working after 4 days after i checked in. The manager said that it would be a week to get a new tv. It has been 10 more days and and still no tv. I am paying $340 a week for a room and can’t even watch tv. This is not right.

Suggested solution:

I want a tv asap and some type of credit on these two weeks that I have paid full price but I did not have a tv that which is supposed to be included in the rate.
