My complaint:
my room is scheduled to be cleaned on Wednesdays. they came done the bed sheets that was it. every where I’ve stayed in the past always takes the trash gives clean bath towels wash rags. they didn’t neither. I called the front desk to ask for a clean towel rag they said that’s not their job. I’m extremely disappointed in the service attitude from the staff.
Suggested solution:
by doing their job by taking my trash out providing me with clean towels rags
