My complaint:
Number one I had called early that day to ask can I come in early because I’ve been sleeping in my car all night and they said yes when I got there to the hotel at 2:30 the room was not ready it was after 3:00 when I got into the room number two when I went to the room the room was nothing like it described on the website number three I had to ask for wash rag and I never did get it because they say they won’t wash yet they only had one housekeeper. 4 and not only that a man open my door and I was in the restroom but I thank God that the last was over the door he came in I mean said he said that he thought no one was in the room number five I called to the front desk and did not get no answer it went to voice record and I left a message I called again but a couple hours later and I still didn’t get no call back so I had thought that the office was closed any about like six something but when I had left to go to the store I saw someone coming out of the office and this man I had never seen so that next day I went got that motor and some errors and came back about five something and trying to explain and what had happened that that night and they made excuses I said well this is their unprofessional of y’all having someone on having someone walking around here with keys open the door all people the manager said that issue probably was the maintenance and I said what you mean probably was the main thing because I didn’t call for no maintenance to come to my room and I just got there and thank God that I was trying to wait till they bring my child and I never did get it and the manager said well nothing that we could do to please you so maybe that you need to go I said you want me to go cuz I’m telling you what is happening and now that I got to leave every had some words about I said they were being professional and she was being rude me cuz I’m saying that somebody came in my and open my door and open my door to my room and she never did address that issue she talking about what I say about them not being proficient and how she can hire someone to have keys like that and just go and pick me wrong without even knocking and number three I did take some video of the room the room did not look like it on the website and she had another lady came with chicken the room why I was video the room because the way it was looking and then when I went back outside to go to the office to talk with them about the the lady that the manager had brought in to look at the room she was out there talking with some of the maintenance workers when she could have been in there helping washing the the tiles up for I can have some and she had the manager said that that they were doing me a favor and now on after that happened I said okay let me call the police and I read that to the office and let them know that I will fit to go and then I’m calling the police as well and when I see her and some young man oh boy pulling up on the lot he standing up there looking at me like he was crazy and going to tell me that to move my car but I did understand what he said that cuz I didn’t realize that my car could have been blocking me intersection then this other man came out and told me to get off the property and I told him I was waiting for the police to come but he said I had to move so that’s what I did I went there and park on the side of the street and I tried to wait to the police got there but I was starting to get fearful cuz I didn’t want to be in no by a turtle with nobody doing anything else so I end up leaving
Suggested solution:
I am in Albuquerque trying to look for me a place and my goal was to rent there until I find me a place and I have not found a place that I can afford for until I my own apartment so I am want to be conversate for the way the manager Hannah the situation and they did not give me all my money back as well and I cannot find a place like that for that total amount so I would like to be conversate for money that they took from me as well sn1,000 for for for kicking me out because I was telling them what had happened by a man opened my door and did not knock on it he said he didn't know anyone was in this room of I need someone to call me like APS now to solve this issue I have videos of the room and video of the people that was having this working there and did not having this perfection. I got to try to find out how to send the video to you all it won't let me load it up
