My complaint:
I checked in yesterday afternoon and there were no bathroom towels. I went to the front desk and was told there isn’t any. I asked again today and still no bathroom towels. Can’t even take a shower. No way to dry off. I was then told by house keeping that I should go buy some. I again asked when I would get some towels, and was told they have been ordered.
Suggested solution:
Towels.
