My complaint:
I booked January 29-February 12 2021 I checked out at 11am February 2, 2021 I’m from out of town I stayed to myself I didn’t bother anybody all the drug dealers were saying who impala is this we gone put a bullet in your head if you don’t get away from here I guess everybody else are regulars so an unfamiliar face and car scared their customers I don’t indulge in drugs to make a long story short the lady in the office said I can’t get a refund also no receipt was giving upon check in only the WiFi code and cleaning day schedule she didn’t give me a receipt when I checked out she only said she’d make a note I checked out early and took the room key
Suggested solution:
I would like a refund for the 8 days I did not stay
