My complaint:
The manager at inn town suit off 6040 knology way off moon rd the manager has the worst attitude I ever seen a manager have she has messed with me about my payments the whole whole time last night she text me not called me and told me my payment was late that I had to leave so I called and Said I pay every Thursday cause that’s when I get paid so she said sorry wasn’t gonna let me in my room so I didn’t no what to do and I said wow your a bitch because I’ve dealt with her every week she knows when I pay I stay to myself haven’t spoke to barley anyone since I’ve been there well I sent her the bank statement showing I paid every Thursday and 30 mins later the angry grounds keeper apologized for her I went to the room and was locked out had to get a key I woke this morning and was locked out when I went to store and came back well I was gonna pay for my room and she walks up to me said her system had a glitch I’m not stupid I not that it didn’t then she said I wasn’t gonna talk to her like that after she was gonna lock my stuff in a room I said I’m not apologizing I need and apology so them I had to leave and now I have to come outta pocket again to get somewhere else to stay because she shouldn’t be in customer service and the last msg I uploaded was the day she left no one was there to take a payment after I thought they were getting automatically taken out so I hauled ass up there and she still charged me a late fee and she didn’t tell me anything till it was to late and she left the business with no one there I had to wait an hour for someone to get there and it wasn’t her and when I checked in the first time nobody was there and the maintenance guy tried to sell me weed when I was smoking a cigarette outside they have been rude the whole time don’t clean rooms don’t wanna get anyone a key if you get locked out just whine the whole time now I’m outta a place to live and I work here my hometown is in lee county Ga hour and 20 mins away and I have to be at work at 2ive had to leave my job 3 times to make payments because of her inefficient way of running a buisness
Suggested solution:
Fire her I mean I've never seen a place run that bad and unfriendly like they are oh nevermind there super nice when you check inn
