My complaint:
Ac unit leaked water all over room floor and management has nothing but disrespectful things to say and don’t want to get the room livable. Floor is soaked and stink as hell. It’s no way a consumer is supposed to be treated this way and asked to pay for a room that breaking down and everything is going to hell and manager warren need to be reprimanded for tell a customer he needs to stop bitching.
Suggested solution:
Refund and reprimand for management
